Multiple institution projects up to $110,000 USD (IDR 1.2 billion) annually for up to three years. Grants can support a range of research activities including but not limited to fieldwork, students, travel, equipment, training, etc.
The PEER program helps Indonesian and U.S. scientists to work together on issues ranging from biodiversity and climate change to natural resource management and higher education.
PEER Science is a partnership between the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the National Science Foundation (NSF) that is designed to address development challenges through international research collaboration. This competitive grants program allows scientists in Indonesia to apply for funds to support research and capacity-building activities in partnership with their NSF-funded collaborators on topics of importance to USAID/Indonesia.
